Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Matazia Mobile Application ("App") and any services provided through the App. By accessing or using the Matazia App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By accessing or using the Matazia App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or features offered through the App.

1.2. Matazia reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Services Provided

2.1. The Matazia App facilitates the sale of real estate listings, as well as the purchase of general goods, food, and beverages in Phnom Penh and other considered prime areas and provinces of Cambodia.

2.2. Matazia acts solely as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We do not take ownership of, or responsibility for, the items listed on the App.

2.3. Matazia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by users on the App. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into transactions.

3. User Accounts

3.1. In order to access certain features of the Matazia App, users may be required to create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

3.2. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account and to update this information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.

3.3. Matazia reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Buying and Selling

4.1. Users may list real estate properties, general goods, food, cloth, MEP; Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing engineering, and beverages for sale on the Matazia App. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

4.2. Buyers agree to pay the listed price for any items purchased through the Matazia App. Matazia is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between buyers and sellers.

4.3. Matazia may, at its discretion, remove or suspend listings that violate these Terms or for any other reason.

5. Payment

5.1. Matazia may facilitate payments for certain transactions conducted through the App. Payment processing services may be provided by third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms and conditions.

5.2. Matazia is not responsible for any errors or disputes that may arise in connection with payment processing services.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the extent permitted by law, Matazia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Matazia App.

6.2. Matazia makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, or legality of any listings or transactions conducted through the App.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia. In addition, if the seller and buyer is from the different country, the jurisdiction of the court of disputing country shall be adopted mutually between the Seller and the Buyer.

8. Acknowledgement

8.1. By using the Matazia Application (hereinafter referred to as the "Matazia"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
