At Matazia, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for all users. We understand that sometimes items may not meet expectations or may require returns or exchanges. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have formulated the following Return Policy for various categories of products available on the Matazia Mobile App within Cambodia:

1. Real Estate Listings:

  • Real estate transactions conducted through Matazia are considered final upon completion of the sale or lease agreement.
  • Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly review property details, property’s photos, and specifications before deciding to purchase or sign the SPA.
  • In the event of discrepancies between the listed property and the actual property upon inspection, buyers must notify Matazia support within 24 hours for appropriate resolution.

2. Goods and Products:

  • Returns or exchanges for goods and products are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Items damaged during transit or found to be defective upon receipt are eligible for a full refund or replacement, subject to inspection by Matazia.
  • Returns due to buyer's remorse or change of mind are accepted but may incur a restocking fee or shipping charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Clothing:

  • Clothing items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns for sizing issues are accepted, but buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
  • Refunds for clothing returns will be issued to the original payment method or as Matazia credits, as per the customer's preference.

4. Food and Other Items:

  • Perishable items such as food products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to health and safety regulations, unless they are received in damaged or spoiled condition.
  • Non-perishable items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging, to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • In case of receiving expired or spoiled items, customers must notify Matazia support immediately for resolution.

5. General Terms and Conditions:

  • All return requests must be initiated through the Matazia Mobile App or by contacting customer support directly.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of receiving returned items, subject to inspection and approval.
  • Matazia reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the specified criteria outlined in this policy.
  • Any shipping fees incurred during the return process are non-refundable unless the return is due to Matazia's error or product defect.
