Cancellation Policy

1. Real Estate Listings and Sales:

• Users who wish to cancel their real estate listings or sales on Matazia App must do so within 7 days of initiating the listing or sale.
• Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any penalties or fees.
• If a cancellation is requested after 7 days, the user may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any applicable refunds.
• Users must contact Matazia App's customer support team to initiate the cancellation process.

2. Sale of Goods, Products, Equipment & Materials:

• Cancellations for the sale of goods, products, equipment, or materials must be made within 01 hour of placing the order.
• Orders cancelled within this timeframe will receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable fees.
• Cancellations requested after 01 hour may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Users should reach out to Matazia App's customer support to cancel their orders.

3. Foods and Beverages:

• Cancellations for food and beverage orders must be made immediately after ordering (less than 5 minutes after ordering).
• Orders cancelled within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
• Cancellations made after the specified deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
• Users should contact Matazia App's customer support as soon as possible to cancel their food and beverage orders.
